From the kitchen and barbecue area you can access the laundry room, where you will find extra refrigerators, freezers, ice-cream machine and laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
From the entrance hall, a stunning wooden staircase will lead you to the top floor bedroom with its own bathroom and private terrace with stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean.
Further four bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms are located on the ground floor. The premises are fenced and equipped with an alarm system. A private enclosed parking space is available and connected to the inner part of the plot.

The pool can be heated at an additional €500 per week.
Please inform us well in advance if you would like the pool to be heated at your arrival because it takes a few days for a pool this size to heat up.
